Download Version of the Codex

In the interest of furthering studies in the area of the Maya culture, the Paris Codex is available to download for personal use.  It is hoped that this will enable scholars to use the images in the Codex for annotations, research, and interpretations that will advance knowledge of the ancient civilization.

Each image is between 300 and 400 pixels wide and 600 pixels high. They are presented in GIF format with web quality resolution (~72 dpi). The file size is 1.8 MB for the Windows download and 1.9 MB for the Mac version.
